Pakistani-Khalistani social media account banned in India

Farmer agitation has been going on for more than two months against the new agricultural laws of the Center.  The farmers had staged violent demonstrations on the occasion of Republic Day.  Given this, the government has tightened security in every way.  During this time the government is also cautious about social media.  Meanwhile, the central government has asked for the removal of the 1178 Pakistani-Khalistani Twitter account.
 The move comes days after the government directed Twitter to follow its order to delete content and accounts related to the hashtag 'Farmer Massacre' (Genocide) and warned that the microblogging platform should not follow the order  Doing so may lead to "punitive action".

 According to government sources, Twitter has unilaterally blocked the account and tweet.  While he was asked to block it.
 Twitter is a 'medium' and is bound to follow the government's direction, sources said, adding that the platform could face punitive action if it does not follow government orders.

 The government notice cites more than half a dozen Supreme Court rulings, including constitutional benches.
 Sources in the IT ministry claimed that Twitter cannot accept the role of the court and justify non-compliance.

Songs removed from YouTube:-
  Meanwhile, many songs and videos related to farmers' protests have been removed from the internet.  According to media reports, the 'announcement' of Punjabi singer Kanwar Grewal and Himmat Sandhu's film 'Asi Vadangge' was removed from YouTube after the Indian government filed a legal complaint against the video.

 According to The Tribune, BKU Ekta Ugrahan's state secretary Shingara Singh Mann condemned the move, saying the government can remove songs from YouTube, but it cannot erase these songs from people's hearts.
