Humans are ashamed - In Surat, the dog was tied and dragged into the bike

Humanely embarrassing incident has emerged from Surat city of Gujarat. A video on social media which is shocking is going viral. In this video, two people have committed inhumanity with an unruly animal. In this video, an unruly animal is dragging the dog with a rope and dragging the bike rider ruthlessly.
The incident is near Bhagwan Mahavir College in Vesu, Surat, where two people were dragging a dog with a rope on the road. Somebody made a video of this incident. After this video went viral on social media, the police arrested a person who registered an FIR in this case. At the same time, the police is searching for another cruel person.

One of the accused in the incident was identified as Hitesh Patel. Hitesh Patel works as a sanitation worker in Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC). Police are trying to locate the second accused, who is seen in the video along with Hitesh.

According to the information received by the police, social worker Saloni Rathi lodged a complaint at the Khatodara police station after this video surfaced. Police identified Patel using the bike's registration number and seized the vehicle.

In the video, Patel is wearing his uniform and is seen holding the end of the rope and holding one end of the rope, while the other's neck was tied to the dog's neck.
At the same time, Patel said in defense that the dog was dead, he was taking her dead body away. However, animal activists claimed that the dog was alive.

Darshan Desai Swayamsevak of Prayer Team Environment said, “In the video the dog is trying to stand on its feet. The dog was alive. There is an agency hired by SMC which is responsible for disposal of dead bodies. "
